Turd Busters Subscription Service Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Turd Busters Subscription Service and providing your card information for recurring payments, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Authorization
1.1. By subscribing, you authorize Turd Busters to charge the agreed-upon amount to your debit or credit card on a recurring monthly basis, in accordance with the pricing plan you selected. 1.2. All charges will be made on the 1st day of each month unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 1.3. If your payment method is declined for any reason, Turd Busters will notify you, and you will have 5 business days to provide an alternate payment method. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your services.
2. Subscription Services
2.1. The subscription service includes recurring pet waste removal, dog walking, and/or other selected services. 2.2. Changes to your service plan (e.g., adding or removing services) must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. 2.3. Turd Busters reserves the right to modify the service offerings with prior notice to subscribers.
3. Pricing and Discounts
3.1. By enrolling in the subscription plan, you receive a 10% discount for prepaying for a month of services. 3.2. If you refer a new customer, and they subscribe, you will receive an additional 25% off your next month’s service, bringing your total discount to 35%. 3.3. Prices may be adjusted in the future, and you will be notified of any price changes 30 days in advance.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. 4.2. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. If you cancel mid-month, services will continue until the end of that billing cycle. 4.3. Refunds or credits are only issued if Turd Busters fails to provide the agreed-upon services for reasons within our control.
5. Cardholder Security
5.1. All payment information is processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. 5.2. By providing your card information, you consent to its storage by our trusted third-party payment processor for the purpose of processing recurring payments.
6. Service Suspension and Termination
6.1. If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, Turd Busters reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received. 6.2. Turd Busters may terminate your subscription for failure to pay, misuse of services, or if the services are no longer available in your area, with 14 days’ notice.
7. Liability
7.1. Turd Busters is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage caused by pets while on your premises. 7.2. In the event of any dispute, you agree to resolve the issue in good faith with Turd Busters and, if necessary, submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Ohio.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Turd Busters reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed to comply with changes in state regulations or to improve the subscription service. You will be notified of any significant changes 30 days in advance.
